What's usually included
A proper interior repaint covers protecting your floors and furniture, filling and sanding minor imperfections, cutting in edges, and applying two coats to walls — plus ceilings, doors, trim and joinery if they're part of the job. The more surfaces and detail involved, the higher the price.
What changes the price
Heavily marked or damaged walls need more filling and sanding. Dark-to-light colour changes can need an extra coat. High ceilings, stairwells and detailed trim all add labour. Premium washable, low-VOC paints cost a little more but wear better and are healthier indoors — which is what we recommend for living spaces.
