The preparation steps that matter
We wash the whole exterior to remove dirt, mould and chalk; scrape and sand back any failed or flaking paint; treat moss, mould and any timber rot; fill cracks and gaps and re-seal where needed; and prime bare timber and repairs. Only then do the top coats go on.
What you can do to help
Trim back plants and shrubs touching the house, move pots and furniture away from the walls, and let us know about any known leaks, rot or problem areas. Clear access around the home makes the job faster and safer — which keeps costs down.
